George and Tina Georges started New Generation Poultry Service, Inc. in 2001, and it became incorporated in 2006. This husband and wife team fully understands the value of family. In addition to performance, excellence, and customer care, George and Tina are also dedicated to the preservation of the family farm.

New Generation Poultry Service, Inc. works with hundreds of family farms to maintain and improve pullet and layer performance.  George Georges is a Penn State University graduate with degrees in Animal Production and Poultry Science and Technology. He has 35 years of experience in the poultry industry. He currently provides services for layers and raising pullets as well as diagnostic services such as blood work and salmonella swabs. New Generation Poultry Service, Inc. specializes in having the highest number of eggs per hen house.

New Generation Poultry Service, Inc. also has licensed technicians for exterminating pests in agricultural and commercial establishments, with rodent consulting in all 50 states. The company meets PEQAP (Pennsylvania Egg Quality Assurance Program) and FDA guidelines involving pullets and layers.
